Number of logo conceptsWhen you order, you will receive 1-2 custom logos depending on your selected logo design package. I will design 1 custom logo for basic package, 2 custom logos for standard and premium packages.

What do I need to get started?After the initial 50% payment, I will send an email to you with a questionarie in order to understand your branding needs. I will try to understand general information about your business, your preferred logo style and your ideas on the branding.

What is vector file?Vector files are the editable logo files (.ai and .eps) in which logos are designed. You can edit/resize the logo to any desirable size without quality loss or pixelation. These files are provided with all logo design packages by default.

Whats included in stationary kit?I will be delivering 2 custom designs for 2-sided business cards and 1 letterhead design. I can also deliver printed business cards for an extra. Pricing depends on quality & number of business cards you will need.

What is included in social network assets?For social network assets, I will be delivering multiple versions for Facebook header + profile, Twitter header + profile, Instagram profile and favicon images.

What is my design procedure?After your order, I will start sketching. I like to create unique ideas for each order so I take my time on idea creation more than actually drawing on vector. After I am set with my sketches, I draw custom logos on vector with Adobe Illustrator and I always deliver on time.

What is a transparent logo?A transparent logo will be in the form of .PNG file type. This file will be the logo without a background. When the logo is placed on top of a background the background will be visible behind the logo (no white or black square around the logo).

What file types I will deliver?For all packages, I will be delivering High Def JPEG, Transparent PNG and .AI editable vector files. After you will select the logo you would like to proceed, for Standart and Premium packages, I will be delivering Brand Color Palette and Brand Pattern. Finally on Premium package, I deliver Business Card / Letterhead / Envelope, T-Shirt, Cap, Toddler bag designs, and .JPEG files for Social networks assets on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

What information do I need to provide?You need to provide ONE name, word, or numbers/date you'd like transformed into a logo (ONE per order). These typically look better if shorter, around 4-7 unique characters. Your email address is also required for delivery.

Can I request revisions to the design?Please note that the designs are crafted as a surprise, based on my creative interpretation. As such, revisions or different versions are not included in the service.

What format will my design be in?Your design will be delivered as seven high-resolution, watermark-free digital files, including five JPGs and two PNGs.

Who owns the copyright of the final design?As the designer, I retain all royalties, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of the final design. This is due to the nature of this gig, which is priced affordably to make custom logo design accessible to all types of businesses. The low price point, however, necessitates that I maintain the rights to the final design. However, if you wish to obtain full rights to the final design, you have the option to do so for a fee of $2950. This is payable after I deliver the custom logo design order. Owning the full rights would mean that you have complete control over the logo's usage without any limitations or additional fees. Please let me know before placing the order if you wish to pursue this option.
