DesignerMurat will deliver purchased Logo design services as stated for each branding package on Services Page.
DesignerMurat does not sell & ship any physical products such as printed logos, merchandising or stationary works.
After finalizing a project, DesignerMurat will upload all files on a server that is accessible from anywhere in the world through mobile and desktops with a special link. This link will be valid for at least 1 month. During this period, clients need to download and save all files to their phone / computer.

NameLogo orders cannot be refunded and they are required to be paid in full.
For professional Logo projects, 50% payment needs to be closed before starting the project. After revisions and final work, if client is happy with result, remaining 50% needs to be paid before delivering all full-sized files. If in any circumstance, client is not satisfied with overall result, he/she may choose not to pay the rest 50% project fee.
In any case, 50% prepayment for professional logo projects is not refundable.
If client orders same package for more than once in 1 hour period, this case will be qualified for accidental purchase and client can ask DesignerMurat for a full refund of all packages except the first one.
