Digital Delivery of Logo & Design Services: All design services, including logo and branding packages, are delivered digitally as outlined in each package description on our Services Page. Delivery timelines and included assets vary by package and are clearly stated prior to purchase.

No Physical Shipments: DesignerMurat does not sell or ship physical products. This includes printed logos, merchandise, business cards, or stationery. All deliverables are digital files provided electronically to the client.

Secure File Access & Download: Upon project completion and client approval, final design files will be uploaded to a secure online server.

Clients will receive a unique download link that grants access to their files from any device — desktop or mobile.

This link will remain active and accessible for a minimum of 1 month from the delivery date.

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing all files during this period, as DesignerMurat cannot guarantee permanent file storage beyond this timeframe.

File Formats Included: Final logo packages typically include high-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI (Adobe Illustrator), depending on the chosen package. Details about included file formats are specified per service.

Non-Refundable Services: Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase:

Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If a client accidentally places multiple orders for the same package within a 1-hour window, they may be eligible for a full refund on all duplicated purchases — with the exception of the first completed order. To initiate a refund in such a case, the client must contact DesignerMurat with their order details.

No Exchanges on Digital Services: Since all deliverables are custom-created and digitally delivered, we do not offer exchanges on any completed or in-progress design services.

Modifications & Revisions: While refunds are not available, we are committed to your satisfaction. Depending on the package selected, a number of revisions may be included. Please refer to your specific package details or contact us for clarification on what’s covered.
