Welcome to DesignerMurat, the digital design service platform operated by MAKE Finansal Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a registered company in Turkey under Company Number 611 056 8193 (“DesignerMurat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the website located at www.designermurat.com (“the Site”) and all related design services, digital products, and features made available by DesignerMurat (“the Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

The Services are available to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old. By using the Site, you affirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of thirteen or otherwise do not meet these requirements, you are not authorized to use the Site or place any orders through it.

DesignerMurat provides high-quality, custom digital design services, including logo design, NameLogo creation, and comprehensive brand and website design packages. All services are rendered and delivered digitally. DesignerMurat does not sell, ship, or distribute physical goods. Once a project is finalized and approved by the client, all design deliverables will be uploaded to a secure, cloud-based server. Clients will be provided with a unique download link that remains active and accessible for a minimum of thirty (30) days. It is the sole responsibility of the client to download and securely store their files within this time period. DesignerMurat is not obligated to maintain or archive project files after the expiration of the download link.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the Site’s secure checkout process. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation and order number will be generated. Each service includes a clearly stated estimated delivery time, subject to timely cooperation from the client and the absence of excessive revision requests. Once work begins, all orders become non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for digital design work that has been started or completed. The only exception applies to duplicate orders placed unintentionally within a one-hour period. In such cases, the client must promptly contact DesignerMurat to request a refund for all accidental duplicate purchases, excluding the first order.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders. DesignerMurat is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete input provided by the client. If any issues arise with accessing or downloading files, clients should contact DesignerMurat within the active file access window for technical assistance.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DesignerMurat retains full copyright ownership of all delivered design works, including but not limited to custom logo designs, NameLogos, and website branding assets. For custom logo design packages, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the final logo for branding, marketing, and commercial purposes. However, full copyright ownership is not included in the standard service fee. Clients who wish to obtain exclusive rights, including copyright assignment and legal ownership of the final logo design, must purchase a separate copyright release for an additional fee of $2,950 per logo. This release must be requested in writing and will only take effect upon full payment and written confirmation by DesignerMurat. Without this purchase, DesignerMurat remains the legal copyright holder of all custom logos.

For NameLogo designs, copyright is never transferred. Clients who purchase NameLogo services receive a usage license to apply the design to their brand or identity in digital or print format, but they are not granted the right to register the design as a trademark, sublicense it, resell it, or claim ownership over the design in any form. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use beyond the granted license constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal enforcement.

DesignerMurat reserves the right to feature completed projects, including custom logos, NameLogos, and branding visuals, in its public portfolio, social media channels, and promotional materials. If a client wishes to opt out of public display of their project, they must submit a written request prior to the final delivery of files. DesignerMurat will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but is not obligated to remove previously published materials.

We treat all client information and project-related assets with strict confidentiality. Any non-public information provided by the client for the purpose of completing a project will be considered confidential and will not be disclosed, reused, or shared with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing. DesignerMurat commits to using such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and delivering the agreed-upon Services.

Users of the Site agree to interact respectfully and professionally. The use of offensive language, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, phishing, and any fraudulent or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. DesignerMurat reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders in response to any behavior that violates these Terms or compromises the safety and integrity of our platform.

All personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be accessed at any time through the Site.

DesignerMurat reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.

If you are located in Turkey, this Agreement is subject to binding arbitration for the resolution of disputes. By using the Site or Services, you waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials in connection with any claims or disputes arising from your engagement with DesignerMurat.
